Information you provide

We collect the land address, parcel number or location description you submit, followed by your name, phone number, email and any property details or notes you choose to provide. Each step is sent separately when you press Continue or Send property details. If you stop after Step 1, we still receive the location details you submitted.

How we use your information

We use your information to identify and review the land, respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible purchase and maintain our business records. We may consult public property records to understand ownership and the parcel. A location-only enquiry may be followed up by mail or by seeking publicly available owner contact information. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts.

Security and technical details

Submitted emails include the request’s IP address and browser information to help investigate abuse and patterns of suspicious submissions. These details may reflect a proxy or modified browser and do not establish a person’s identity. Hosting and security services also process technical request information.

We use Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Amazon Web Services for enquiry email delivery. These providers process information needed to supply their services. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The site does not run advertising pixels.

Website analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and successfully submitted enquiry steps. We do not include your parcel details, location description, name, contact details, notes or enquiry reference in analytics events. For visitors identified in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, analytics stays off until you allow it. Elsewhere, including when location is unknown, it is enabled by default unless you decline or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. The form works regardless of your analytics choice. We remember your choice for up to six months.

Email delivery and storage

Enquiries are delivered to our shared Westwood team inbox. We do not maintain a separate website lead database. Submitted information remains in business email and may be used in our normal enquiry and transaction records. Unsubmitted form entries remain in the current browser page’s memory and clear when the page is refreshed or closed.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell form submissions. We share information with service providers supporting our business and, when needed for a potential transaction, relevant title, escrow or professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law. We retain information as needed for enquiries, transactions, business records and applicable legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed.

Your choices and questions
