Tell us what you know. Access and utility arrangements are part of the property review. We won’t ask you to install improvements just to begin.
Not sure about zoning or boundaries?
A parcel number and county can help identify the property. We’ll discuss the records and further review needed without assuming the land can be developed.
A small parcel or a large tract?
Both are welcome. Approximate acreage is helpful, but the size of a property does not decide whether you can contact us.
Inherited, jointly owned, or far from home?
We can start with a conversation about the land. The people authorized to sell and any transfer requirements still need to be established before a purchase.

Do you only buy buildable residential lots?+
No. All land types are welcome, including rural, agricultural, commercial, industrial, and recreational parcels. We review each property and any proposed purchase individually.
What if the land has no street address?+
Give the county and parcel number if you have them. A location description is also a useful start. You don’t need to invent a street address.
Does the land need road access or utilities?+
Those details matter when reviewing a property, but missing access or utilities won’t prevent an enquiry. Share what you know and use “not sure” for anything you haven’t confirmed.
Will every enquiry receive a purchase offer?+
We buy all types of land, but each possible purchase still depends on reviewing the specific property and agreeing on suitable terms.
