Where do you buy land?

Why don't I just sell on my own?
Good question! And of course you can. A couple of things to think about however:
- Average days on market for a professionally marketed property in great condition fluctuates between 2 and 4 months. Vacant land is typically much longer than this. If you need the headache gone or the cash…FAST, then this isn’t a great option for you.
